Our Services
Eight Ways We Move Businesses Forward
Every engagement is built around one question: what does this business need to reach its next stage, and what does capital need to see before it commits? Pick the service that fits your situation, or combine several into one mandate.
01
Business & Operational Management
Hands-on leadership when a company needs direction, discipline or a steady pair of hands.
We step in as executive oversight, interim management or an operating partner to the board. The focus is practical: clear priorities, measurable KPIs and OKRs, working reporting and decisions that actually get executed. We also manage dormant or holding companies that need structure without a full-time team.
TYPICAL RESULT
A company that runs on numbers rather than instinct, with a reporting rhythm shareholders can rely on.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Interim managing director or COO-level support
- KPI/OKR framework, management reporting and cash-flow control
- Restructuring of processes, costs and organisation
- Board and shareholder reporting packs
- Oversight of dormant or passive companies
EXAMPLE SITUATIONS
- A founder-led company has grown past the point where one person can run everything
- A shareholder needs an independent manager to stabilise a subsidiary
- A holding company owns an inactive entity that still needs compliance, bookkeeping and decisions
02
Investment Sourcing & Capital Matchmaking
We find the investors who fit your case and open the door for you.
Raising capital is a matching problem. We map investors whose ticket size, sector focus and stage fit your project, then make warm introductions instead of cold emails. We prepare both sides so expectations on valuation, structure and terms are aligned before the first meeting.
TYPICAL RESULT
A shortlist of qualified investors, structured conversations and a realistic path to term sheet.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Investor mapping: private investors, family offices, funds, strategic partners
- Investor-ready materials review before outreach
- Warm introductions and outreach management
- Term alignment: equity, debt, convertible or project finance
- Support through due diligence and closing
EXAMPLE SITUATIONS
- A start-up with a working product looks for a seed or Series A investor
- A project owner needs co-investors for an infrastructure or real estate project
- A growing SME prefers a strategic investor over bank debt
03
Exit Readiness & Business Sale
We prepare your company for sale or new shareholders, then find the right buyer or investor.
Buyers and investors pay for what they can verify. We make your business transaction-ready by cleaning up financials, simplifying the structure, building a defensible valuation and telling a clear equity story. Then we run a confidential process to find and approach the right buyers or investors and support you through negotiations to closing.
TYPICAL RESULT
A business that survives due diligence, a competitive set of offers and a smoother route to closing.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Exit readiness review: financials, contracts, legal and tax structure
- Valuation support and deal structure options
- Information memorandum, teaser and virtual data room
- Buyer and investor search, including strategic and financial buyers
- Confidential process management, NDAs and negotiation support
EXAMPLE SITUATIONS
- An owner plans to retire and wants to sell the company within 12–24 months
- Founders want to sell a minority stake to fund the next growth phase
- A group wants to divest a non-core subsidiary
04
Strategic Advisory for Project Development
From idea to financeable case: we build the model, the story and the capital strategy.
Many good projects fail to raise money because the numbers or the presentation do not hold up. We refine the business model, build a financial model investors can test, and prepare the documents that turn a project into an investment case. Where EU or public funding is available, we map that route too.
TYPICAL RESULT
An investor-grade package: model, deck and capital plan that answer the questions before they are asked.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Business model and revenue logic review
- Financial model with scenarios, sensitivities and break-even
- Investor deck, executive summary and one-pager
- Capital strategy: equity, debt, grants and EU co-financing routes
- Risk register and mitigation plan
EXAMPLE SITUATIONS
- An infrastructure project needs a bankable model before applying for EU co-funding
- A new venture needs an investor deck and a 5-year financial plan
- An existing company plans a new production unit and needs a financing structure
05
Holding & Governance Structuring
Dutch and EU structures that make growth, investment and compliance easier.
The right structure protects assets, simplifies investment and keeps you compliant. We help set up and run Dutch B.V. holdings and group structures, define governance and reporting rhythms, and coordinate with notaries, tax advisers and accountants so the structure works in practice, not just on paper.
TYPICAL RESULT
A clean, investor-friendly structure with governance that runs on schedule.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Holding and operating company set-up in the Netherlands
- Group structure design for new shareholders or investors
- Shareholder agreements and governance framework (with legal partners)
- Board, reporting and decision-making calendar
- Ongoing compliance coordination: KVK, tax filings, bookkeeping
EXAMPLE SITUATIONS
- A non-EU entrepreneur wants a Dutch holding as the base for European activity
- A company prepares its structure before bringing in investors
- A founder separates operating risk from assets through a holding layer
06
Market Entry & Growth Planning
A practical route into new European markets, with partners and funding to match.
Entering a new market is expensive when done by trial and error. We assess demand, regulation and competition, identify partners and distributors, and build an entry and growth plan with a matching fundraising roadmap.
TYPICAL RESULT
A clear go-to-market plan with named partners, budget and timeline.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Market and competitor assessment
- Regulatory and licensing overview with local experts
- Partner, distributor and agent scouting

- A manufacturer looks for a local partner to enter a new market
07
Real Investment Opportunities
Vetted projects for investors who want real assets and verified numbers.
We present a curated pipeline of tangible opportunities across tech, real estate, infrastructure, logistics and renewable energy. Every project is reviewed before it reaches an investor: business case, structure, team and key risks. Detailed materials are shared under NDA.
TYPICAL RESULT
Access to vetted opportunities with the information needed to decide quickly and with confidence.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Curated dealflow matched to investor criteria
- Pre-screening of business case, structure and team
- Project summaries and full materials under NDA
- Co-investment and syndication options

Together with CarrierCheck and a network of loss adjusters and local agents, we trace the transport chain, verify what carriers claim and give insurers and shippers one accountable point of contact from first alert to final handover.
